1920 - Yasujiro Tange  founded  Tange Iron  Works Co., Ltd.
             Yasujiro  Tange  began  production of high-end front forks
         - 丹下安二郎が「丹下鉄工所」を創業。高品質前フォーク生産を開始する。
1950 - The company relocated to Sakai City and included Fuji Metal Industries as an affiliate.
         - 大阪府堺市に工場移転、同時に富士金属工業を関連会社として傘下に収める。
1951 - Manufacture and sales of bicycle-specific butted tubing begins.
         - 自転車用特殊鋼管（バテッドチューブ）の生産、販売を開始。
1957 - The company name  was changed  to  Tange Industries   Ltd.
         -Tange Industries Ltd.に社名を変更する。
1958 - The company  obtained  JIS certification and  continued production of  alloy  front  forks  with  high-end steel.
         - JIS認証を取得、ハイエンド鋼との合金フロントフォークの継続生産を行う。
1961 - Production of tubing products for non-bicycle use begins.
         - 自転車用以外の引抜鋼管、異形管の生産着手。
1963 - Production facilities move to Otori Higashi-Machi, Sakai City.
          - 堺市鳳東町に鳳工場を新設。
1965 - Innovative manufacturing processes introduced to fork production for the first time.
         - フロントフォーク材にチューブを使用する新技術の開発編入を図る。
1967 - Head office moves to Otori Higashi-Machi, Sakai City. President and founder Yasujiro Tange retires. Tamotsu Tange becomes president.
         - 本社を堺市鳳東町の鳳工場に移転統合する。丹下安次郎が取締役会長に就き、丹下保が取締役社長に就任する。
1973 - Due to increasing demand, a new Hokuriku factory (Hokuyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.) is established.
         - 需要拡大にともない、北陸工場（ホクヨー工業株式会社）を新設 。
1974 -The company began developing and manufacturing high-end parts and frame components
          - 高品質部品やフレーム構成部品の開発と製造を開始する。
1979 - His son Michiaki Tange founded “Tange Seiki” as a separate company.
         -  安二郎の次男、丹下道明が「タンゲ精機」を別会社として創業する。
         -  ヘッド小物、ハンガー小物を製造する。
         - 「タンゲ精機」は上記2品目の製造に特化し、欧米市場に進出を果たす。
1980 - Founder Yasujiro Tange passes away.
        - 創業者、取締役会長    丹下安次郎死去。
1984 - Introduction of high-performance Prestige chrome-moly double-butted racing tubes.
        - 品種の多様化、高級化にともない超軽量、高張力フレームチューブ「Prestige」を開発。
1985 - Introduction of Infinity smooth double-butted chrome-moly tubes.
         - 無段バテッドチューブ「インフィニティ」を開発。
1987 - Introduction of ultra-lightweight Prestige Superlite racing tubing and Fusion epoxy composite materials fork.
         - 超軽量、高張力チューブ「プレステージ.スーパーライト」を発表し、新たに複合構造.軽合金フロントフォーク「Fusion」を発表。
1988 - Tamotsu Tange named chairman. Yasuhiro Tange named president. Tange USA Corporation established.
         - 丹下安弘が取締役社長に就任、丹下保が取締役会長に就く。
1989 - Introduction of Fusion-II epoxy composite materials fork. Tange Taiwan established.
         - 複合材質フロントフォーク「Fusion-II」を発表した。丹下台湾を設立。
1990 - Shenzhen Tange (China) established.
         - 深圳丹下(中国)を設立。
1991 - Introduction of Prestige Ultimate tubing. Introduction of Shockblades suspension fork. Tange Europe AG established.
         -「プレステージ.アルティメイト」を発表。「ショックブレード」サスペンションフォークを紹介。丹下ヨーロッパAGを設立。
1992 - Tange Industries Ltd. is renamed Tange Inc.
         - 丹下鉄工Ltd.を丹下Inc.に社名変更する。上記2品目を除くフレーム構成部品の製造を専業とした「丹下」は、
         - 社名をTange, Inc. に変更、その後、日本国内での生産を中止し、
         - Tange台湾に事業を移転する。
1995 - Introduction of suspension forks.
         - 新サスペンションフォークを発表。
1998 - Tange USA closed.
         - 丹下ＵＳＡを閉鎖。
1999 - Tange Europe closed.
         - 丹下ヨーロッパを閉鎖。
2003 - Shenzhen Tange (China) closed.
         - 深圳丹下(中国)を閉鎖。
2004 - Tange Taiwan re-established.
          - 丹下台湾を再設立。
2006 - Tange Europe re-established.
         - 丹下ヨーロッパを再設立。
2008 - Tange USA re-established.
         - 丹下USAを再設立。
2011 - New facilities built in Taiwan.
         - 台湾丹下、新社屋完成。
2015 - Launching complete bike brand. YASUJIR.
         - YASUJIROブランドの完成車製造スタート。
2017 - Established handmade workshop .
         - 台湾丹下、社屋内に「ハンドメイドの工房」設立。
2019 - Joint venture with LS co.,ltd. expanding business to investment casting.
         - LS社との合弁により、インベストメント鋳造に事業を拡大。
2023 – Tange and LS terminated cooperation . LS shut down the factory . Tange keeps running LS brands and producing all LS merchandises .
         – TangeとLSの協力関係を解消LSは工場を閉鎖TangeはLSブランドを継承しLSの全商品を生産する。
